1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using any software, audio plugins (VST3, AUv3, CLAP), or standalone applications (collectively, the "Software") provided by this store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Software.

2. License Grant

Upon successful payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal or commercial music production. You may not rent, lease, sub-license, resell, or distribute the Software or its license keys to any third party.

3. Intellectual Property & Restrictions

All intellectual property rights in the Software belong exclusively to the developer. You strictly agree not to:

Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.

Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based upon the Software.

4. "AS IS" Warranty & Disclaimer (Limitation of Liability)

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

The developer does not guarantee that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all third-party Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs), operating systems, or hardware components. You assume all risks regarding data loss, host application crashes, or system instability.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Software (which cannot be physically returned once downloaded), all sales are final. Refunds may only be granted at the sole discretion of the developer in cases of verified technical malfunction that cannot be resolved via customer support.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the Software.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary (European Union), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
