Refund Policy

1. All Sales are Final

Due to the digital nature of our products (audio plug-ins, standalone software, and downloadable digital content), all purchases are final and non-refundable. Unlike physical goods, digital software cannot be physically returned or exchanged once it has been downloaded, accessed, or a license key has been generated.

2. No Statutory Right of Withdrawal

By completing your purchase and initiating the download or receiving the software license key, you explicitly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal (such as the 14-day cooling-off period under European Union consumer protection laws).

3. Exceptions for Verified Technical Issues

We want our software to work flawlessly for you. In exceptional circumstances, a refund request may be reviewed and granted at our sole discretion, subject to the following strict conditions:

Unresolved Technical Malfunction: You experience a critical bug, crash, or error that makes the Software completely unusable, and this issue is caused directly by our Software.

Support Cooperation: You have contacted our customer support channel and provided detailed system specifications, crash logs, and any necessary cooperation to help us troubleshoot the issue.

Inability to Fix: Our technical support team is unable to provide a fix or a workaround within fourteen (14) business days from your initial support request.

4. Situational Non-Refundable Cases

Refund requests will strictly be denied for reasons including, but not limited to, the following:

You changed your mind after the purchase.

You purchased the Software by mistake.

The Software does not contain a specific feature that was never advertised or listed in the product specifications.

Your Digital Audio Workstation (DAW), operating system, or hardware does not meet the minimum system requirements explicitly listed on our product page.

You refuse to cooperate with our support team or provide the requested logs to troubleshoot a reported issue.

5. Process and License Revocation

If a refund is approved at our sole discretion, the transaction will be reversed via our payment processor (Stripe/PayPal) back to your original payment method. Upon the issuance of a refund, your license key will be permanently deactivated in our database, and you must immediately uninstall and destroy all copies of the Software from your machines.
